David currently runs his own law practice in Louisiana and Washington state, lobbies for cannabis reform at the Louisiana Capitol, serves as a consultant to the nascent industry here and is helping to deliver substantive reform through the organizations Sensible Marijuana Policy for Louisiana (SMPL) and as a certified speaker with Law Enforcement Against Prohibition (LEAP).
